Platform-Specific Highlights Recap

For PropertyGuru agents:

🏠 Updated PropertyGuru Agent Packages prices effective 1 November 2025 and no changes to Ad Credits rates. 

🏠 Prime Credits are no longer offered as part of the updated PropertyGuru packages. For existing package holders, any remaining Prime Credits will expire by 30 May 2026. There will be no reimbursements on balance Prime Credits after expiry, please ensure they are used before this date.

Flexible payment options now available via Atome. 

Showcase trustworthiness and professionalism with the ‘Verified’ badge.

For iProperty agents:

🏠 Listing duration standardized to 60 days from 3 November 2025 onwards. 

🏠 Sunset of Agentools’ Property Wanted and FSBO Alerts  to focus on directing property seeker demand to your listings since 30 September 2025.   

🏠 No changes to iProperty’s Agent Packages or Featured Credit rates.
