Agent Packages Update: Effective 1 November 2025

Are there any updates to PropertyGuru and iProperty's agent packages?Yes, there will be updates to PropertyGuru's packages, you may refer to the PropertyGuru Agent Offerings page for the latest update on 1 November 2025. For iProperty, there are no changes to iProperty's All Access packages.
Will there be further price revisions or changes in the future? If so, how often?As part of our commitment to deliver greater value and returns for our agent partners, while continuously evolving our platform to keep pace with market conditions and consumer demand, we regularly review our pricing structure. While we cannot confirm if or when future revisions may take place, any changes will be communicated in advance to ensure transparency and clarity.
As a result of our most recent review, updates to our packages will be effective 1 November 2025.
PropertyGuru and iProperty are from the same parent company, PropertyGuru Group. Is PropertyGuru Group monopolizing the market since both brands are Malaysia’s leading property platforms?
Annual or routine price revisions and or updates are a common practice in all industries to be aligned with inflation. Therefore, PropertyGuru Group is not monopolizing the market with our periodic price revisions and/or updates.
When will the updates to agent packages, prices and entitlements take effect?
The updates to the agent packages will take effect on 1 November 2025, 00:00hrs.
Why do I need dual platform access?
We strongly believe agents need dual platform access to better strategize your business strategies more efficiently and to effectively reach a larger spectrum of property seekers across Malaysia, allowing you to maximize lead opportunities across a more diverse demographic of property seekers with low overlap across both platforms. This access also enables you to utilize platform-specific tools and insights, driving success in both volume-driven and high-margin transactions.
Are there any changes to credit prices?
No, there are no changes to both PropertyGuru and iProperty's credit prices, you may visit our PropertyGuru Agent Offerings and iProperty's All Access packages page for details on credit prices, you may also reach out to your Account Manager for more details and the latest credit offers.

Why are there are no more Prime Credits in the PropertyGuru packages?
Prime Credits are no longer included in PropertyGuru packages. If you would like to continue using Featured Agent, which requires Prime Credits, you may still purchase them separately through your Account Manager.
Please note that any Prime Credits newly purchased or in your account will expire on 30 May 2026. There will be no reimbursement on your balance credits so we urge you to use up your Prime Credits by the expiry dates.
What will happen to Featured Agent?
We are working on enhancing Featured Agent. Please stay tuned as we will announce more details in the coming months.
What happens if I don't use up all my Prime Credits by 30 May 2026?
Any balance Prime Credits in your accounts will expire and be removed after 30 May 2026. There will be no reimbursements or refunds given for any unused Prime Credits. We highly encourage you to fully utilise them by the 30 May 2026 expiry date.
I am an existing package holder. Will the update in PropertyGuru's package prices affect my current package?
No, your current standing package will not be affected. The updated PropertyGuru package prices only apply when you renew your subscription after 1 November 2025.
I am an existing package holder, will the update in PropertyGuru's packages affect my current iProperty Extended Access to PropertyGuru package?
No, your current standing package will not be affected.
With the new packages, will I, the property agent, be getting more ROI/leads?
Enquiries/Lead are subject to various factors namely locations, quality of the listing descriptions, photos, demand & supply and market conditions. Based on our latest analysis and independent data sources, PropertyGuru and iProperty remain as Malaysia’s preferred and leading online property platforms for property seekers.
As a Group, we have been investing in developing property seeker-centric data and content to drive more property seekers to our platforms. At the same time, we also invest and are committed to developing tools, products and features that would help lead our agent customers to success.
