If you’ve already made the smart move by being on both platforms, Plus All-Access packages gives you the best value and helps you make the most of your subscription and what PropertyGuru and iProperty combined have to offer. 

Smarter Upgrade, Made Easy.

We understand some agents may still be purchasing individual packages from each platform. If that’s you, we highly recommend upgrading to a Plus package to maximise value. With Anytime Upgrade, moving to a Plus package is simple – and you can start enjoying the benefits immediately. 

Platform-Specific Updates

For PropertyGuru agents:

🏠 PropertyGuru Agent Packages prices will increase from 1 November 2025 . Ad Credit rates remain unchanged. 

🏠 Prime Credits will no longer be included in the updated PropertyGuru packages. For existing package holders, any remaining Prime Credits will expire by 30 May 2026. There will be no reimbursements on balance Prime Credits after expiry, please ensure they are used before this date.

Flexible payment options are now available. Pay by instalments with Atome for easier cashflow. 

Showcase trustworthiness and professionalism with the ‘Verified’ badge.

For iProperty agents:

🏠 Listing duration updated to 60 days will be in effect on 3 November 2025 following consumer search data which shows weak enquirer interest for listings older than 60 days.

🏠 No changes to iProperty’s Agent Packages or Featured Credit rates. 

🏠 Agentools such as Property Wanted and FSBO Alerts have been phased out to provide stronger focus on buyer/renter demand flowing directly into agent listings.   

🏠 You’ll continue to enjoy the same value, with added enhancements to make it easier to be on both platforms.
