Updated Listing Management – Frequently Asked Questions

The Listing Management layout has been refreshed as of February 2026 to provide a clearer and more consistent experience across platforms. While features remain the same, you may notice some visual and layout changes. This section covers common questions to help you understand what’s changed and what remains the same.    

What is it ?

Updated Listing Management introduces a refreshed layout that provides a consistent Listing Management experience for agents using iProperty PRO and AgentNet (PropertyGuru).

This update focuses on improving clarity and ease of use. While the layout has been refreshed, features remain unchanged.

   

Why did we update Listing Management?

Agents who use both iProperty PRO and AgentNet previously experienced different Listing Management layouts. This update aligns the layout across platforms to:

    • - Provide a more consistent experience
    • - Make listings easier to scan and manage
    • - Improve usability on both web and mobile

What stays the same?

    • - Your existing listings are not affected
    • - Core features remain
    • - Listing performance and leads work as usual
    • - No action is required from you

Is this a new system or a migration?

No. This is not a new system and there is no migration involved. Only the layout has been refreshed.

   

Are my existing listings affected?

No. All your existing listings, history and data remain unchanged.

 

Did any features or functions get removed?

No features were removed. All existing listing actions are still available, although some may appear in different locations within the updated layout.

   

Why do some actions look different or appear in new places?

To keep the interface clear and easy to use, certain actions may now be grouped under menus such as the three-dot menu. Actions shown may also vary depending on the listing status.

   

Do I need to learn a new way to manage my listings?

No. The core steps and functionality remain the same. If you are familiar with managing listings previously, you can continue using the platform as before.

   

Does this change affect my packages or subscription?

No. Your packages and subscription remain the same.

     

Can I switch back to the previous layout?

The updated layout is now the standard experience and switching back to the previous layout is not available.
