Effective 30 October 2020, our online payment will be powered by Braintree and Ayden for a more seamless agent experience with an integrated interface for greater convenience and enhanced security.
What payment options are available?

Agent partners can choose from online payment options including online bank transfer (powered by Adyen payment gateway) and credit or debit card payment (powered by Braintree payment gateway).

Alternatively, you can pay through offline method as well by choosing the “Others” option. Read more here.
How do I pay through online bank transfer?

Click on “Bank Transfer” tab to select your preferred bank. You will be redirected to an online banking page to complete your transaction.

How do I pay using card payments?

Step 1: Click on “Credit/Debit Card” tab and enter your card information: name on card, 16-digit credit/debit card number, expiration date and security code (CCV).

Step 2: Select “Pay Now” button to complete your order. Your credit card details are encrypted and sent over a secured connection.

Step 3: Once payment process is completed, you’ll be redirected back to AgentNet.

Can I pay through offline options?

We recommend all agents to complete transactions using our highly secured online payment systems.

However, some agents prefer to pay by cheque. We continue to support this offline payment option.

You are required to confirm your order via AgentNet before working with your sales representative on your cheque payment.

Why can I no longer make payments using e-Wallet?

Effective 30 October 2020, we will cease iPay88 payment options including e-Wallet.

For a more seamless agent experience with integrated interface and enhanced security, agent partners can choose to pay using online bank transfer, credit or debit card payment powered by Ayden and Braintree payment gateway.
