Tips to avoid getting degraded when creating a listing:

  1. Avoid using multiple addresses or townships in a single listing:When creating a property listing, it’s crucial to be specific and concise about its location. Using multiple addresses or townships within one listing can confuse potential buyers or renters. It’s essential to provide accurate and clear location information to help interested parties understand where your property is situated. Multiple addresses or townships in a single listing might lead to misunderstandings, and people could lose interest in your property due to the uncertainty surrounding its location. By avoiding this practice, you ensure that your listing is straightforward and appealing to potential property seekers.
  2. Avoid uploading inappropriate/obscene videos or photos that do not represent your property:The visuals you include in your property listing play a significant role in attracting potential buyers or renters. Using inappropriate or obscene content that does not accurately represent your property can have detrimental effects on your listing’s reputation. It may deter genuine and serious inquiries while attracting the wrong kind of attention. To maintain professionalism and trustworthiness, make sure all your media content accurately showcases your property and adheres to community standards. This way, you create a positive impression and attract potential property seekers who are genuinely interested in your property listings.
  3. Avoid putting your own watermark on your property photos:Please do not insert any name, telephone number, address, website or logo of any individual, company or competitor as a watermark in any listing. All watermarks for your property photos to be used in the listings must utilise our watermark system.
