What is it?
An update to the user interface and experience of the search component on iProperty’s ‘Buy’, ‘Rent’ and ‘New Launches’ home and search result pages. There will be no changes to how keyword search, autosuggestion list and search results are generated on iProperty Web as this is solely an update to the design.
When will it be implemented?
17 July 2023 on iProperty Web.
Who will be affected?
Property seekers using the search component on iProperty’s ‘Buy’, ‘Rent’ and ‘New Launches’ home and search result pages.
Where will this change be implemented?
All search components on iProperty’s ‘Buy’, ‘Rent’ and ‘New Launches’ home and search result pages on iProperty Web on 17 July 2023.
Why are we implementing this change?
To enable a more categorised search experience for property seekers and ease practicality when browsing for property between different areas.
How is it different from previously?
More categorization of search locations which will moving forward include :
- Location
- Building/Development
- New Development
- Train Station
- Developer
New design to show up to 10 items per category with total of 5 categories.
