Dynamic Pricing on Reposted Listings

What’s Changing?

Previously, Dynamic Pricing applied only when you Create Listings and Upgrade Listings. From 1 April 2026, it will also apply to Readvertise Listings to ensure consistent and up to date pricing across all listing actions.

Why is Dynamic Pricing being extended to readvertise listings?

This update helps to reflect real-time market demand more accurately, ensure fair and consistent pricing across listings and align readvertise listings create listings and upgrade listings pricing logic.

Will readvertising cost more after 1 April 2026?

Not necessarily. The price depends on market conditions at the time of readvertising. It may increase, decrease, or remain the same depending on market demand and listing supply.

How will Dynamic Pricing affect my readvertise listings?

There is no known maximum cap on the amount of Ad Credits needed for your readvertise listings. Dynamic Pricing will ensure the Credit amount varies within a reasonable range.

How is Dynamic Pricing for readvertising calculated?

The price is based on factors such as:

    • - Market demand for similar properties
    • - Location and property type
    • - Listing activities and competitiveness

Will I see the same amount of Ad Credits required to readvertise a similar listing as my colleague?

It depends on the prevailing market conditions (demand and supply) at the time when the agent readvertise his/her listing. Hence if both agents readvertise a listing in the same condo for the same use (e.g.sale or rent) at different times, then they might encounter differences in Ad Credits. The differences in Ad Credits could be attributed to the prevailing market conditions at the time when the listings are posted.

What will happen if there is a change of Ad Credit amount when I am in the middle of readvertising a listing?

A prompt will surface to inform the agent should such occur, and agent will need to restart the readvertise listing selection.
